The idea of this workshop was to propose an opening to the artistic world and to the participants’ own bodily experience.
After integrating basic notions about body language and dance, it was intended that the participants develop body expressive skills while processing a self-discovery of their artistic possibilities.
This type of activity involved the student in a comprehensive way, allowing the inclusion of a wide range of artistic techniques and body expression.
