It will be my pleasure to return to this beautiful space that has welcomed me since the moment I arrived in the Netherlands.
This time crossing paths that I have been focussed on for years, the conscious and deep works of pilates and dance, which in reality have always been linked.
Starting this september we will meet on Wednesdays!

In this course we will enable the inclusion of the daily feeling of our body, allowing us to know our deepest structure that supports our movements, discover how we move and connect with new possibilities through awareness, concentration, breathing, fluidity and grace.
