The workshop was based on connecting the body and emotions in the moment and letting them lead you to explore the movements.
We created investigations and creations from movements, texts, images and ideas together with the participants.
Furthermore, we explored the possibilities, limits, realities, places that we travel to and occupy with our body.
We stimulated the creation of movement scores that involve body action / reflection along with the experience / perception of the concepts.
We seek to listen to ourselves in movement, to feel the collective, to produce images with our body, to communicate our thoughts in movement / gestures.
